Our customer satisfaction is our main priority. As we realize that a customer may not have enough time to make an informed decision about a mattress by visiting our showroom for a few hours or reading a mattress description from our website, we allocate extra time to our customers to evaluate their new mattresses based on their sleep needs. Our 100 Nights Comfort Guarantee program allows our customers to try their new mattresses at the comfort of their homes. Within those 100 nights, our customers might decide to keep their mattresses or exchange it according to their sleep needs.
To start an exchange process, a customer just needs to call or just come to the showroom to speak to one of our mattress consultants. Customers will be advised to choose a different mattress that matches their current sleep needs. We don’t refund any money to customers during the exchange process. The credit amount needs to be used toward a more comfortable mattress (upgrading) and customers will be required to pay any extra cost associated with that. A $100 exchange fee will be applied to cover the cost of exchanging the mattress. Customers will be responsible to protect their mattresses from stain or damage during the comfort guarantee period as these mattresses are given away to charity after the exchange process.
